Pet Policy

Pets — Max 2 allowed, Dogs or Cats only. A one-time nonrefundable fee of $400.00 (1st pet), $200.00 (2nd pet).

Monthly Pet Rent is $45.00 per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Chows. Conditional Breeds (Allowed with a Good Canine Citizen Certification): Dalmations, Akita Shepherds, German Shepherds, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes. This list is subject to change and may be updated at management's discretion.

Meadows on Salt Creek uses a Dog DNA program to help control pet waste, and there is a one-time registration fee of $65 per pet.
